A hundred odd school pupils from Rototuna Primary gave us a
hand to plant an area of the gully again this spring. The student thoroughly
enjoy the activity. This was supported by Hamilton City Council by supplying
the plants. Back in the class room the students wrote and decorated lots of
thankyou cards. The school have their own area within the school that they are
planting.This year the school was rewarded for their efforts by being winning the NZ School of the Year for plant conservation. Well done Rototuna Primary.
